....tak siap2 lagi. Tapi dah ada nama iaitu Loft 106. Hehehe.

It was supposed to be a fast track reno and targeted to be completed in 3 weeks, which theoretically should be ready by early June 2009. Dah half a year late ni pekejadah. The contractor was believed to be tersalah pusing duit, he was paid 85% but tetibe stop the reno works. He kept giving reasons after reasons of "patah tangan", "uncle meninggal", "b.s", b.s" etc. Yes, the reno was quite massive that it touches almost all parts of the house - dr roofing sampailah flooring, and wiring & plumbing. But that's not a reason to defer the optimistic schedule (that he set himself), yes? Especially when he was chosen based on recommendations.

We were invited to see the "almost finished" product by end of 2 weeks, which I'd say was impressive sbb sempat pulak dia buat mcm banyak je..at that time the only thing left were top floor flooring, electrical outlet installations, outdoor paintjob,  wooden door, sliding door & gate replacement. HOWEVER he was gone the next week! Leaving the house as the last time we saw it.

Last month, after such a long hiatus, we finally came to our surprise seeing the house finally painted, with the new door & tiles at the porch;

Tapiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii like last time, the house still looked the same last weekend. Lawak apakah ini? Sangat tak kelakar. Just as when i was already tak sabar nak buat housewarming (boleh percaya tak alasan ni?heh) sbb nak masak2 & bake2 (percayalahhhhhhhh) di samping menjadi hostess yg gembira (sumpah bang, tak tipu ni).

Anyways, I am already planning few sessions of housewarming..
- one for his side of family
- one for my side of family
- one for our school & uni friends (separate sessions, morning & evening)
- one for our Kerteh friends

Ambitious tak ambitious? Hehehe.
I can't wait for the day to come!!!!!

After few crying rounds i am officially a weekend wife. Oh yes i m cengeng like that. I didnt cry at the airport though, maybe since MIL was osso present. Heh. Not a time for drama.

As i reached home, the loneliness crept in. Oh i miss his voice already..and the kerjasama mengangkut bags ke dlm rumah, bukak2 lampu n so on. And when i entered our room,..arghhh! I miss him like crazy so i went out lepaking at the lvg room.

I thot i m so gonna cry but i didnt. Yay, sudah tabah! Tp takut nak keluar rumah. :p

Oh well, actually ths will gonna go on only until nxt wk..as i m moving too to join him. So the term weekend wife is only true for ths weekend. Hehe. Too much for the drama kan? I know, just cnt help it lah. Peace!

Many asks what does it feel like after getting married. Hmm, honestly I don't know how to answer that. The scope can be (IS) wide, u see. If I jawab dgn baik, they get naughty. If I jawab naughtily, the tease me! Hahaha. So how?

Its...tiring, I have to admit, but lovely. The kind of life that I dreamt while we were still going out, is becoming a reality :) We no longer have to go out for dinner to eat together. We can even cook together & fell asleep on each other while watching movies (heh, nampak sgt selalu tido masa movie). Handphone has somehow lose its importance, hence sorryla for the late sms replies :P
Tiring is when the laundry job doubles, when you gotta manage the clothes - washing, drying, ironing, folding, keeping, packing - especially so that we still live nomad, not having our own wardrobe & packing is weekly routine, in fact twice every week. But I guess that is only 1% compared to the overall lovely package..
But countered with the fact that my LoML has been very helpful - that leaves it to 0.5%. (tapi nak jugak cakap kan, heh)

(So i guess this one is more of a baik version of an answer)

Honestly (again, lain2 masa jawapan agak berlapik okes) I am scared to look at the pics as I don't think that I make really good pichas. Unlike some others, camwhoring is not my cup of tea! Boring, eh? Hehehe. Whatever. Anyways, pics can be viewed from my FB pages - uploaded by others. I will upload, too - as soon as I get the pics from the hired photographers. Tak dapat lagi..
