progress update - gym #1
on the treadmill.
program: weight loss
slightly longer update:
went to TTFC alone at first, but then joined by my friend, Bunn. yay! To gym, alone ok. Mcm kuat gile willpower kan :P
i was on the treadmill for 1.5 hrs. the first 40 mins was on weight loss mode. like, slow gile ok! not running at all, not even brisk walking. it was more like naik bukit, with inclined platform at super low speed. itu pun i increased my speed to 2.4, before that the fastest was 1.0. macam segan je sbb org lain semua lari2 hehehe.
to make myself feel better, i googled for some info, whether or not i am on the right speed. turns out it is!

n yes! that is all thru jogging & walking!
takyah naik2 bukit tue babe...its all jogging n walking je babe...insyaallah surely lost weight...n i dont even diet...food intake tetap same...ice cream dose still the same...hehhehee
as bile ko jog nyet, once u already gt ur rhythm, then naturally u'll tend to jog further and longer :)
verde, aku ingat..hehehe mmg kurus! hasil jogging kat KLCC park kan masa practical?
i really need to lose weight..x pnh2 weight aku cecah 60kg nih..mmgla bukan dlm 40-50kg pun, but this weight menyebabkan susah tul nak cari baju!!
and u r right abt the jog/walk thing, mmg it is the fastest way to lose weight!
