So....we didn't get that house. Ala, THAT house :) 

Anyway, I was kinda relieved that finally decision was made. Really. Legaaaaaa. At least now we can move forward building our lives together, on our own. We have maaaaaaaaaaaaaany more milestones to reach, and I just can't waitttt to live them one by one. So first, let's move out from PIL's house. Let's leave this cluttered room with 70% stuffs being not ours and get a house on our own. A long mirror for me. And a dressing table. And of course, wardrobe! Not to forget my own kitchen!

Move out to a rental unit while waiting for completion of our home...which is yet to be launched, hehe :P

We've been searching for a rumah sewa even before the decision abt THAT house was made, actually. iproperty & propwall has been the websites yg wajib disurf setiap hari, and averaging an hour daily! My bookmarks suddenly membiak with folders of Rental Condo, Rental Landed, Appointment, and long lists in each of them too! And the process took about a month, considering and un-considering, attracted and de-attracted, weighing pro and cons while pursuing and foregoing area by area, condo by condo.

And along the process, we came to realize that --- OMG its freaking mahal nowadays!!!! err, not that we've ever rented a house in KL before, heh.

I wanted a house that still look new and modern. It must have at least one well-sized guest room to be able to house my family who will be coming every cuti sekolah soon (yakin, hehe). Kitchen cabinet is not necessary (SEDANG MENGPSYCHO DIRI), but it would be a lovely bonus. Hubster, on the other hand, wanted the area to be around KL-PJ-Damansara, but not so congested sbb dia akan bertukar menjadi Gaban kalau jalan jam. Ya, memangla dia org Kay Ell tapi tahap keallergicannya pada traffic jam kalah org Ganu (read: me and my sisters) - which works for me, sebab dia sangat terel mencari alternative road sehingga layak dipanggil Sharmin. Haha sempat. Oh, lagi satu, dia juga akan depressed dalam keadaan panas, so, another criteria from him is that MUST have air-cond in master bedroom & living room. 

The price? Takmolah mahal2 sangat, rugi! Tapi must be worth matching our criterialah of course, rightt.

Combining criteria from both sides, after considering

i) Kota Damansara (almost all condo!)

ii) Bandar Utama (Pelangi Utama)

iii) Tropicana (Casa Tropicana, Ken Damansara)

iv) PJ (Tiara Damansara)

v) Jalan Kuching (Sri Putramas, Royal Domain SPII)

vi) Damansara Perdana (all condo there except Armanee sbb mahal gile x mampu hahaha)

We finally came down to..

A corner unit on the 11th floor in..

Familiar? No?

Agreement was signed yesterday and we probably move-in to F-11-01 on 01-11 :) which also happens to be on MY BIRTHDAY!

Alhamdulillah, mungkin memang ada hikmahnya we only move out now, not before. I am getting a very nice birthday present from both of us to both of us! So nice! =)
